Sat for almost 15 min without anyone coming by to see us. No biggy, let’s engage manager!
Went to bar and asked the woman behind the counter to find me a manager. She went to far side of bar and called someone.
2 minutes later…nada. So…went to table and told family (including 3-year-old) that we were leaving, when out of nowhere..,
Manager showed up. Does not apologize. I explained that we had waited a while, they I was at the bar waiting for a couple of minutes. He tells me: no one called me.
WHAT?
I told him I watched the woman call and that I assume that he did not want to deal with us.
Finally got apology with an afterward (not looking me in the face) that no one told him.
Dude, you suck, your establishment sucks, and my family was not happy.
Fuck you Applebee’s Family Restaurant! FUCK YOU LYING MANAGER!
